Return Process

  For live plants, provide a clear photo of the plant's current condition for our horticulturists to review.

  Return Label

  For non-living items, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label to print and attach to your package.

  Refund Processing

  Once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
